Bought a used car and was advised that any issues would be sorted to pass the MOT, 2 weeks after i picked the car up i was shown by a spray shop that my tyres were bald on the inside, i paid for the car to be 4 wheel aligned and took the car back to Harratts for repairs under warranty, the parts failed within 4 weeks, i took the car back again (now out of warrenty) for the parts to be replaced under the manufacturers warrenty, they called me up to collect my car and said they wont be doing the repairs as they have now gone b... read more

I needed a new fuel filter and moisture sensor for my nissan navara np300. I rang the parts department, the guy there was pleasant and polite, checked to see if the parts were in stock and told me they would have to be ordered in. Ordered the parts on Wednesday afternoon and got a phone call on Friday morning to say they had arrived, good professional service
