Solid gym setup
Older facility and friendly staff. But I got a 90 minute massage as part of a package and they tell you upfront it'll be 80 minutes with 10 min prep. My therapist started 10 minutes late and ended 10 minutes early. So you don't really get the amount of time you pay for.

My sister and I came here on a whim while in Vegas and I am so so so glad we did. I saw Laura for a sports massage and when I say she truly changed my life... I've had debilitating pain in my shoulders from knots since February and in one 50 minute session, Laura worked them out of me and I'm pain free for the first time in months. I have seen 5 different massage therapists since this pain started and none of them gave me even temporary relief. If you have knots in your shoulders, go see Laura! I went to the spa for my first ever massage while my husband was at a conference. I left feeling so relaxed. My massage therapist Katie was AMAZING! She worked out all the kinks in my shoulder, which had been bothering me. I will definitely be back!
