I sent an inquiry on Harrah Law’s website, describing my situation and requesting a consultation. After waiting for more than a week and not getting a response, I called their office. Their intake employee, Gabrielle, took a verbal statement of my problem, set up a free consultation appointment with Deserae for the following week, and sent me a link to a site where I could fill out pre-consultation information. I have never really been involved in something where I needed assistance with an attorney. Desarae and her team are completely transparent, professional, communicates extremely well, and the list goes on. I would highly recommend this team to anyone. My wife and I are extremely grateful to have them by our side during this unfortunate time.

Gave them information about me over the phone. Set up a phone call for a week later. Sent them my documents and filled out their long questionnaire online. A day before the phone call they had to cancel and move to the following day. I cleared my schedule both days to be able to have this phone call and no one called me that next day. I emailed the morning of the phone call to confirm the time and that she was the one calling me. I sat waiting for her call and no call.
