Worked with Jon Sorensen and very happy with the level of communication in purchasing our Honda Pilot with Jon and Harr Motors. Vehicle has been great and would do business with them again.
A scheduled oil change a week in advance should not take 2 hours. Service desk should be clear with customer how long services will take and schedule additional services like recall work at a later date if too long of time for customer.
The service personnel are friendly and helpful. The service waiting area is nice with comfortable seating and a variety refreshments while you wait. Very clean and professional atmosphere geared towards a great customer experience. The service personnel kept us informed and were honest and forthcoming about any issues related to our vehicle.
