The Customer service is going down hill fast. They never have the COURTSEY TO SAY BYE WHEN YOU SAY IT FIRST. THEY WANT TO CONTROL WHEN YOU CAN HAVE YOUR MEDICATION. I SPOKE WITH A YOUNG MAN ON THE PHONE WHO SAID IT WOULD BE READY FOR PICKUP ON THE 19TH. WHEN IN FACT ON THE 19TH WE WERE INFORMED I DON'T HAVE ANY REFILLS. BETTER TRAINING AND WE THE CUSTOMER STILL PAY AS SUCH SOME COMMON COURTSEY ON THE PART OF THE STAFF WOULD BE AMAZING
