I saw Dr. Basran today for a knee injection, but needed to also talk about a previous problem. He took the time to address the issue & answer my questions. He is always so calm and reassuring, but makes no false promises. As a retired BSN, I appreciate physicians who don't brush off the patient's concerns or make them feel foolish for asking. i have been his patient for many years, and have no intention of changing, God willing!
