Years ago I had a bad experience at another IBJ location and was very hesitant to make an appointment but after meeting Dr Basran that changed! He was so sweet, thorough and caring. The entire staff was great as well!
Took the time the evening before to review my file as I was a new patient referral. That really impressed me and he was knowledgeable and a nice guy
I recently had my first appointment at the Illinois Bone and Joint, and I really was impressed! Dr. Basran, MD, was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to listen to all my concerns and questions. I appreciate the various treatment options he provided and I would definitely recommend him to others!
