Everyone was amazing. The ladies at the front desk, the x-ray tech and, especially Dr. Basran, were kind, professional and helpful. I had no idea what was wrong with my knee when I got there and by the time I left, I understood everything including my available options. Dr. Basran has a wonderful demeanor and I will continue my future knee care with him and Illinois Bone & Joint Institute.
Dr. Basran is an amazing doctor. Truly takes the time to listen. We have used him several times before, and can’t say enough good things about him. Highly recommend him and his team!
