Don was fantastic! I called him this Saturday morning (a holiday weekend). The phone number goes directly to him, not some call center where they assign a technician. I explained our issue with the HVAC not cooling the house. He came to the house within 20 minutes, checked the entire system, and was able to quickly identify the issues. He fixed the refrigerant leak, pressurized the system to make sure it was good, vacuumed all air and moisture from the system, and re-charged with coolant.
