After my appointment on 02/24/26, I was debating if I should post a review but since I received a text from Harpole to please do so, here I go… My family and I have been coming to Harpole since we moved to the area in 2023. If I could give this practice zero stars, I would. The only reason we ever chose this office was convenience because of its location near our child’s school. That convenience has been completely outweighed by how frustrating, disorganized, and misleading this practice has been. The promotional mailers and coupons feel like bait to get patients in the door, because when you actually try to use them, suddenly there’s some conveniently overlooked exclusion, newly emphasized fine print, or a reason why the offer somehow doesn’t ... read more

New patient and I was impressed with the quickness and effectiveness of being in and out. Definitely recommend.
Front desk staffs very professional and the rooming person took the X-ray.that part went very well.the Dentist came look at the X-ray and examine everything.I was expecting and routine cleaning(6 month)which I didn’t received .he asked me do I have any tightness between teeth.I said no.then you can go and come back in 6 month.now I have to wait for. Leaning another 6 months
