Harpinder came out to my workplace to teach a class on seated stretching. We have a mixture of employees some who are sitting all day and some who are standing. She taught us all easy to do stretches we can do throughout the day. As soon as she finished the class you could feel the complete shift of the energy in the room. Employees went from sleepy, low energy to alert, calm and present. This was all in a 15-minute class , I can't imagine what she would do with more time. I highly recommend her.
Under Harpinder’s mentorship, I was able to transform my ways of thinking and seeing. Her teaching style is gentle, firm, and full of compassion.
