10 months after my pool was turned over to us, it collapsed. Now 9 months later, we still have a hole in the ground and the builder has been pretty much a ghost, providing no solutions other than going the legal route.
When they built our pool about three years ago they said it would take 3 months. After them using our property to store their equipment and trash at 5 months I told them to move on and finish up. I have never been more disappointed in my life. We ordered and paid for travertine and ended up with some poor imitation that needs to be finished so it isn’t too slippery. We can’t find anyone to treat the surface of our pool decking so it’s unsafe to use. They totally took advantage of a senior citizen couple. They seemed so nice.... read more
We really lucked out in finding this company. We have talked to many contractors, designers and others who all say the same thing - this company is not like other hardscape pool companies. They are amazing to work with. The final product is a work of art in our opinion.
My husband and I couldn’t have better things to say about this company. Harpeth Valley Hardscapes completely transformed our backyard into a space we never want to leave.
