So I could given 2 reviews due to both my parents passing away within 6 months of each other my mother passed away 1st Mrs.Dawnett was amazing when it came to every step of the way. Now when it comes to dad’s death was a completely different story. In the beginning Thomas was great. Once I got dad’s ashes back it was like Thomas closed dad’s file. The service was great- everything afterwards has been put offs and lies. I've received 1 call back out of around 10 times I've heard it. Wasn't notified the certificates were in as promised, called 10 weeks later. After waiting for another call to not be returned as promised I called again and was told they've been there. We haven't received the refund from the insurance for the funeral which was going to get my brother's marker.
