This provider is absolutely horrible. They never answer calls. They never return calls. They never get your prescriptions to you on time. Every time I request prescriptions the request either goes completely ignored or takes multiple follow up calls and emails just to get simple prescriptions. DO NOT USE THIS PROVIDER. PATIENTS BEWARE! The staff is lazy. The doctor is lazy. They do not care about their patients. STAY AWAY FROM HARPETH FAMILY MEDICINE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. If I could leave zero stars I would.
This doctor discriminates against the disabled.
Caring, friendly staff. Practically no wait every visit so far. Doc is down to earth, takes his time, and extremely good at helping you understand the big picture of overall health. Highly recommended.
As a funeral home provider we try our best to service families as quickly as possible, unfortunately a staff membervhere name Tamara feels its best to be rude and unprofessional to the funeral home staff. Instead of showing the compassion needed to find out why a death certificate that had been waiting for 10 days to be signed wasn't done or getting is to someone that the job falls in their purview she instead was rude not accommodating and is a bad reflection on your office.
