All I can say is that this is probably the best gated community in North Houston. 5 minutes from the hospitals, costco, K1, elementary school, you name it. Neighbors are amazing here too!
I bought my home here with Chesmar Homes about two years ago, and I’ve had zero issues since! This community definitely has more pros than cons. One thing I really love is that the HOA takes care of everyone’s front yard, it keeps the whole neighborhood looking amazing. The amenities are great too; we love walking the trails and around the lake. I was originally torn between buying here or in The Woodlands, but now when my friends and family visit, they say they wish they’d found this place first!
If you’re looking to buy a home in North Houston, look no further! Choosing Harper’s Preserve was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for my family. It’s a small, cozy community with two clubhouses and amazing neighbors. Everything we need is just a few minutes away, the schools are great, and we have easy access to I-45. Harpers Preserve is a beautiful, gated master-planned community that offers a perfect blend of nature, modern amenities, and convenience.
