I’ve been going to Harper’s Parlour for 5 years. Never had a complaint!
If I could give her 100 stars I would. Harper had doing my nails for close to 10 yrs!! I started with her before she ventured out and moved back to the Durham area. Now I make the 50 minute drive monthly to continue having the best nail experience ever. She is highly talented, professional, the shop is always clean and welcoming. She is a while vibe!!!
