I am working with a volunteer organization in Barnsdall OK and we had an issue with a water leak and the water heater burned out. We have a dozen to 15 volunteers on site each week and those here this past week were stuck with cold showers after a hard day’s work. I feel Tyler went above and beyond to find us a new water heater, communicating effectively with status updates and then finally getting the hot water flowing. I would highly recommend this organization for you RV service and repair needs.
We have used Tyler for many of our full time rv problems/repairs/projects. In fact, we don’t use anyone else any more. He is very good and qualified at fixing any problem we have ever had, as well as professional and honest about what needs to be done and what the repair will cost. We are full time rvers, but stationary, living in our fifth wheel for 4 years now. With Harper’s and Tyler ‘s help, we should be able to maintain this lifestyle for some time to come. Quick, efficient, and super friendly. It was a great experience, they fixed my furnace, and they didn’t overcharge either. I'll definitely seek them out again if I need more assistance in the future.
Long story long! we needed our furnace looked at… talking over the phone and planning for our appt was immediately reassuring because he knew we would be ok to wait a few days (knew the upcoming temps etc.) THEN on the day of our appt, they called and gave us an accurate estimate of arrival time.
