Returned to camper yesterday to discover I had no DC power. Everything that runs on AC worked fine. Converter was out. I called Harpers and spoke to Miss Penny. She may work in the office but she’s paid attention to the mechanics around her. While on our first major roadtrip, we ended up having an electrical issue that we weren't ready for. The Team at Harper's squeezed us in and we were back on the road within a couple hours. Highly recommend them if you're in the area.
They showed such care and consideration to my motorhome, and paid attention to details. I would definitely recommend them.
