Harper's hut is definitely the best shaved ice business in the sandprings/Tulsa everyone is always uplifting and happy.
80+ flavors including 1000s of combinations They have very energetic employees willing to help and suggest flavors that i might like. All together an A1 experience. Love you guys!!
