Shelly is a true asset to this office. She went above and beyond today to help me and I can't thank her enough.
I've found the center to be very accommodating. if possible. There is a shortage of medical professionals in this country. If you don't like the doctor, RN, tech, etc. just say so. No problem, they have others. Just in case it matters, the facility has a high number of residency doctors. Doesn't matter to me, they have a couple of senior doctors as well. I find it easy to work with the staff. Remember, if you're not sure of what anyone says, please ask questions. Participate. All that aside, I have no problems going there.
This is not your go to place other than a cold! When they try to do too much medicine without dealing with the issue, it’s bad. Thank you Winchester medical center for taking care of issue! Also when you tell them what going on with your body for almost 2 years, and end up with cancer….. thanks for not listening and thank you for another Dr who found the issue. Cancer sucks!! Please seek other drs and not here!!!
Dr. Coyle is absolutely amazing, and truly cares about her patients. I'm so glad she's at WVU Harpers Ferry Family Medicine.
