Been going here for well over 30 years - back when they were on Washington Street and before WVU acquired them. Unfortunately, my experiences here get worse with each visit, especially during the last few years. Our PCP is very good - in the very rare instances that we actually get to see her. Don't waste your time calling and asking for a return call from anyone, if you can get through at all. During our last visit, they did not allow any support guardians ("visitors") in the building. Dr. Ward has always been wonderful. He always takes the time to listen to you until the end and also includes you in the decision making process!
Very personable and staff is very helpful
I really don’t appreciate when I take off work, and drive 30 minutes for them to tell me my insurance won’t cover an appointment I made months ago. WVUMedicine does not care about patients at all. Thanks for wasting my time.
