Dr. Coyle is absolutely amazing, and truly cares about her patients. I'm so glad she's at WVU Harpers Ferry Family Medicine.
Terrible customer service. Terrible at setting appointments. Yearly appointment times are never scheduled in a yearly time frame. They approve prescriptions but then can’t refill them because you need to be seen, but you can’t be seen for months in advance? That makes no sense. As a doctors office they obviously know the importance of treating, diagnosing and providing a prescription that works but then you have no choice to go off the prescription because they can’t refill it in time because there are no appointments availa... read more
I had to go in to get my Nexplanon placed today and the three ladies I had were a ln absolute delight. I was super nervous about the whole thing and they were so kind and funny. I only remember Dr. Kleimans name. I’ve had her since going back to this particular office. She always does her best to help me with my mental health as well
If you want a Dr. That doest listen to you and just throws mens at you left and right . Then go here . If you want real care steer clear!
