The salon owner Cristal is very negative, unprofessional, and constantly talking bad about people. I’ve heard so many horror stories and didn’t believe it until I came here myself. DONT GO HERE if you want to have your hair done in good vibes. The owner is very condescending and I didn’t feel welcome here. If your reading this Cristal, it’s a small world, so you should be careful who you decide to talk crap about. Never coming here again. Everyone else was nice tho.

I was unfortunately very disappointed with my experience. I am a natural brunette and have my hair colored regularly with a brunette base and light brown highlights. Before my appointment, I had an extensive consultation with my stylist, Medardo. True hair artistry by Nomie and Crystal at Harpers Edge Salon! I was looking for a change, and these ladies collaborated to color, cut, and style a completely new look for me. They transformed me from a brassy brunette to a honey butter bronde. It was a look I didn't know would work for me, but I was hopeful, and the change left me feeling renewed. booked a balayage appointment, the owner was out of town so I was booked with Lauren. I came prepared with inspo pics. I was very clear from the beginning that I did not want warm, yellow, or copper tones because they do not complement my skin tone. One of my main goals was also to blend and cover my gray hairs….
