Does Dr.Harper even still exist? He's been my doctor my whole life and I've had no major complaint but he hasn't answered my calls in a about year now. I don't know how anybody else gets a hold of him. He was supposed to have referred me to another neurologist for a second opinion on my vaccine injured arm about a year and half ago at the suggestion of the first neurologist I seen.
