Does Dr.Harper even still exist? He's been my doctor my whole life and I've had no major complaint but he hasn't answered my calls in a about year now. I don't know how anybody else gets a hold of him. He was supposed to have referred me to another neurologist for a second opinion on my vaccine injured arm about a year and half ago. He has been my doctor for more than 35 years. Has helped me through of alot. He is the best. I still depend on him. His only defect is he is a Montreal Canadiens fan. L.O.L
