Poor customer service. Turn up, no where to put the car, go to leave, some random turns up with a phone on his ear, and asks what I want. State a new tyre is needed due to slow puncture. Dude says they have a tyre and walks away. Waited for 10 minutes, still nothing Got In my car and drive home. Didn't fix / replace tyre. Will not be using again Would highly recommend using somewhere else that actually cares abouts it's customers.
Bad experience. I turned up with a puncher on the tread of my tyre and said he couldn’t fix it then tried to sell me a £60 tyre instead I said no then all of a sudden he could fix my tyre. Tried to rip me off. He obviously thought I didn’t have any clue about cars. Would not recommend
Great and fast service for good value will be back
