Apparently they made a “math error” in our closing documents that ended up costing us thousands of dollars post-closing. It was not truly a math error as they claimed, they neglected to include a very large closing cost in the closing documents. Our realtor has sold hundreds of homes in the area; he said he has never seen anything like this. All parties had signed, house was sold.
