We recently used Harper Talasek for a funeral and were appalled at the lack of care and concern. The night before the funeral, I discussed the arrangements of where the piano would be, flowers, etc. I asked about the piano and they assured me that it would be pushed out and ready. He said there would be another man to run sound the next day. The next day, the piano and flowers were opposite of what we had discussed. When I went up to play the piano, it was broken.
