Getting services turned back on was a breeze. Peggy was wonderful on the phone and David, the technician was quite helpful explaining how the fireplace and stove worked. It's been about thirty years since I've used propane appliances. I cannot thank you enough for the professionalism, courtesy and for being on time. I emailed Harper Propane to repair and fill the propane tank for a house I just bought. The person responding to the email was very quick at getting back to me and sent the repairman out as soon as they could. If that communication would have persisted throughout my interaction with Harper propane I would be writing a very different five-star review. I asked to be notified when they were on site they didnt letting my pup get out hit and killed. When i spoke to them they said it was my fault for asking them to call, their drivers didnt have time to call. Nice. Thanks for nothing. Will never use them again.
