This place is like no other. First I would like to mention the service from Danni was amazing she was bubbly, lovely & helpful. Went out her way to help us with a frame. We will 100% be back. This store also has the best range of frames I have ever seen, even the fussiest person will find something.
I knew when I wanted new glasses I’d come to Harper Preston in Claremont, I’d been there before to browse glasses with my 3yr old son. He was a bit moody, but the saleswoman was very kind, giving him a dummy head and some glasses to play with :) this made his day. Today (Wed 2/11/22) I visited the store again to choose new glasses. The saleswoman (not sure if Annie was her name? It’s the name on my receipt?) was once again very friendly and helpful, exceptional customer service.
