Frustrating for tenants. The property manager failed to respond to about 5 queries over a period of more than 6 months. Does not provide rental payment receipts. I even requested a ledger of payments and it was not provided as required by RTA.
Poor building management. Roof leaking into our office space. Has not been addressed for months and continues to be a problem. All issues are not addressed in a timely manner and building manager does not respond when he says he will. Have been waiting 12 months for our roof to be fixed a mirror placed in driveway to prevent car traffic accident when leaving car park and the list goes on!
