This company caused a disaster in a high rise building which resulted in a forced evacuation of a signature high rise tower in downtown Saint Petersburg. This occured over the 4th of July weekend forcing scores of residents in the high rise to flee. By damaging pipes and flooding the building and knocking out all 3 elevators as well as the HVAC system, the fire department had to be called to assist the elderly down the steps of this 30 plus floor building.
