Had 2 urolifts and a few scopes , when the second urolift did not work I was told I need to see another urologist and wow what a difference. When I had scopes done by h____r your put to sleep , you wake up and the burning is terrible. My new doctor did this while I was awake and I had no burning. He also did a turp and removed the pins that had went into my bladder. The pain was not as bad as getting scoped by doc harper.My first urolift was so painful for weeks.and it did not help. Professional @ the highest level!!
I went to see the doctor and was told I was doing great and my PSA was down. I also go to a oncologist where my PSA was up. Two weeks later I get a call from a mail order pharmacy calls me about a prescription I had no idea about or instructions on how to take it. I think this was very UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Not going back.

Dr. Harper, nurse practitioner Jennifer gave me some wrong advice and Dr. Harper blamed me for her negligence. Dr Harper refused to do my surgery after I arrived at the hospital and made a negative comment towards my demeanor. A few days later I received a certified letter from his practice dismissing me as his patient knowing that their wasn’t a urologist that could treat my condition within 50 miles. All of this occurred due to his nurse practitioner giving me some incorrect advice.
Check out time and/or scheduling for a procedure was horrible. Had to wait approximately another hour after I was seen in the office to set up my procedure. During my procedure I was called by the main office staff to make me aware of my copay. I informed her the procedure had already started but that did not seem to phase her. I think a patient needs to be aware of all the financial obligations in a timely manner. Would not have had procedure done at this time had I known my copay!
Dr. Harper is a great physician! He's done 2 procedures on me this year and both have been successful. He listens to you and cares. He can also tell a decent joke when you need to smile. I recommend him beyound the 5 stars allowed on this web site.
