The worst. Called and emailed within 12 hours of signing to cancel due to finding a more economical policy for my business. Emailed and called (left voicemails) to follow up on steps to cancel but no reply. Didn’t receive any correspondence until an email from Harper 26 days later requesting signature to cancel. By this time I had already processed a charge back on credit card since it took so long to hear from Harper.
