Too pricy
Great company. Has been in Greenville for 70+ years building and contributing to the growth of Greenville county. Unlike some other General Contractors that swoop in from out of state just to win big jobs, get paid, and leave, Harper is rooted in this community and is the best commercial contractor in the Upstate in my opinion.
