Dear "Respondent" (below), I am a family member of the deceased person you mentioned. We are very happy with the very caring professional treatment we received at Harpers. They carried out Moms wishes to the letter. Which included not having an obituary listed and only a very private "family only" service. Recently used Harpers for my fathers funeral, and I was impressed by the professionalism and care shown by Mr. Harper, Dina, and the rest of the staff. I would not hesitate to recommend this company for one of the most difficult times of our lives. Harpers is excellent, even uder those circumstances.
I was very hurt and disappointed with the staffs attitude during my time on the phone and in person with Harpers. The main lady who runs the place was unprofessional, discriminatory, and downright rude to my family and myself. I will never recommend this establishment and I hope that if you have a death in the family and want someone to treat you with respect and empathy, you would choose somewhere else to go to put your loved one to rest.
