Had an absolutely horrible experience not only with Dr. Harper but his entire staff was so rude and unprofessional. I went for an initial consult to determine autoimmune issues and get a diagnosis and waited over an hour past my appt time. When I went to the desk and stated I am self employed and had a client scheduled that I needed to get back to or I would lose income, there was no apology for waiting so long and she said well you could just reschedule and come back. I've heard Dr Harper is excellent. My rating is for his office staff. I called to make an appointment with him & was told I needed a referral. I went through the steps to do that and only then did the office staff tell me he isn't taking new patients and tried to schedule me with someone else. Had she been transparent, I could have looked into the other doctor, but this was a clear bait and switch. I have been going to Dr. Harper for almost 9 years . He has 40+ years of knowledge with autoimmune diseases. What i like is that he doesn't mask the symptoms with pain medication but actually treats the disease to stop the progression. He is an awesome listener and compassionate Dr. He spends time with his patients. His staff is also very helpful and friendly I drive 90 minutes to see him, this is how good he is. He has your true best interest at heart.
He has always spent the necessary time for my appointments. (2025) I don't have a single complaint, and we work together with meds.
