I would definitely not recommend them, I felt I threw my money away hiring them, they compare homes to other neighborhoods not with inn or look in the surrounding area or the up keep of the property , or surrounding area. And they gave 2 different value numbers. Was not able to use. They are not B.B.B. credit, I definitely will know better on the next one
I used the email option to get an appraisal started on my house through Harper Certified Appraisals website. I got an email back and a phone call from Mr. Harper within 24 hours. I talked on the phone with Mr. Harper for a while asking questions. Turned out to be an incredibly nice guy. I had two options, an in-person visit or just an online only appraisal.
