It took 2 and 1/2 months for the service department to complete warranty work and I had to call Jayco direct to find out if they had approved the warranty work as I could get no one to call me back. We finally left for a camping trip--first of the summer in our brand new camper--and the underbelly started coming off. They apparently did not replace/reattach properly after replacing the tank sensors. The awning was also replaced and in that process the front arm/gasket no longer worked.
