Would NEVER recommend started off great but once they get you in then it goes downhill was overcharged 3x over what I paid previous year charged for things that was not fixed camper came back worse then when I took it in water leaks that I never had . Went to hook up they broke trailer break switch and wanted to charge me parts and labor .talked to service manager said he was gonna call back never did . And was gonna trade camper in next month to get new 5th wheel but after that service from service department no way . Stay ... read more

When we went to pick up our camper after it was winterized and the furnace repaired, the battery was dead and a bolt was missing from the sway control chain. There was also a big shoe print on a newly purchased footstool. What was amazing to us is that we had only used the camper six times and recently had to use the furnace for the first time and it wouldn't work. Of course, the warrenty had expired 3 months before we used the furnace. Supposedly, there were mud wasps that had made a nest in the duct work. So a word of wisd... read more
