Personally I value my privacy, however it’s difficult to find a Carwash that will take cash. So bc of the lack of choice I went to Harper got my car cleaned and on the way out I’m presented with a tablet that shows a pic of my car my license plate & there is my name bc of my credit card and now they asked for my signature to show that I’m satisfied??!! We're getting ready to cancel & change our car wash at the Alcoa Harper car wash if things don't improve. After having a membership for over a year we've been disappointed as time goes on because our cars are wetter and wetter after they come out. When the car wash was newer our cars came out clean & dry. Now we have to wipe our entire cars after they come out because they're very wet. We're wondering if the cars are going through faster or if the drying elements are older & not working well or in need repair.
