We're getting ready to cancel & change our car wash at the Alcoa Harper car wash if things don't improve. After having a membership for over a year we've been disappointed as time goes on because our cars are wetter and wetter after they come out. When the car wash was newer our cars came out clean & dry. Now we have to wipe our entire cars after they come out because they're very wet. We're wondering if the cars are going through faster or if the drying elements are older & not working well or in need repair.
