I see a lot of the reviews are old here, so I feel like some more contextual updates are needed. I’ve lived here for almost two years. I like the neighbors here, people (who actually live here) are really nice and we are all considerate of each other. There is a nice gym and common areas, but unfortunately, they’re not reserved just for residents, and any random person that rents a co-working space gets to have access to it all. I lived at the Harper for almost a year and a half, and I highly recommend it! I only left because I moved out of state. I rented a two bedroom/one bath that was in a corner on the 5th floor. The apartment was SO quiet - and the views looking South over Mac Groveland were unbeatable. The apartment quality and nice finishes are what is reflected in pictures online. Visually stunning. Safe. Quiet. Ease of use for maintenance and technology. Friendly staff. Excellent amenities. Feels like home. The move in process was easy and efficient. Love the coffee machine. Very clean building. The halls are very air conditioned. Fast elevators. Love that you have to fab the elevator to work-safe.
