My experience with Harper apartments exceeded my expectations during my lease. I especially appreciate Natalie who’s the manager of the apartments. When I had some problems with my unit, she handled the issues smoothly and went above and beyond to help me. The apartment complex itself is super clean and nice. If I hadn’t moved out of St paul, I would’ve stayed here. Thanks again, Harper!
