The agent who gave me a tour today was extremely knowledgeable about the Harper Apartments and answered all of my questions thoroughly. He was personable, professional, and made the entire experience enjoyable. I really appreciated his communication, attention to detail, and willingness to take the time to explain everything. Thank you for providing such excellent customer service!
Overall good experience, the grounds were well kept for the most part up until the last month of so. We were impressed by how gates were fixed quickly, grounds maintained well, lightening etc. Amenities and resident events were wonderful. Apartments are a bit cheap and wear down easily. Paint, cabinets, appliances, cooktop etc. Charged over $600 in move out costs. Something to be mindful of. Parking is very limited for guests.
