⭐️ Terrible customer service and ongoing scheduling issues I have been extremely disappointed with the customer service at this dental office. They always seem to be short-staffed, which has resulted in repeated scheduling issues and a frustrating experience every time we deal with the office. This place use to be great but it has gone downhill so badly that I will be looking for a new dentist for my children. 17 phone calls in 3 days, numerous cancelled and rescheduled appointments, and they cannot seem to get anything right. On Thursday my son broke his front tooth, his permanent tooth. I called on Thursday afternoon and had an appointment scheduled for Friday at 1:00 p.m. They did not tell me at this time that they had a water line break, as they apparently expected it to be resolved, whatever, no big deal...
