The folks that do the cleaning, I apologize I don’t know the official title they are great. With that being said. My son was experiencing a dental emergency after knocking a tooth out and I was a little worried when I was referred out for an extraction to sedation. Truth be told I don’t know anything about dentistry but I then got a second opinion who easily addressed the extraction same day with no issues. Great place for the kiddos, they were excellent with my 4 year old communication was amazing and the attentiveness and engagement with my daughter was amazing!
I called and asked them to set up an appointment for my son to get a nightguard. An appointment was made at the Seminole location as it was closer to us. We got there, waited for 40 minutes to be told they don’t do nightguards. Just terrible service
I’ve been coming here for years and recently they have their scheduling all messed up. The first mistake was, they gave me a care with my kids appointment and one of my kids was not even on their list. Today 6/3/2026 I came in early because my kids appointments was a 10 and 10:40 and on their list my kids are listed as 10:40. So! I get here early at 9:00 for them to say that my kids appointment is later than I was expecting. I really think they need to do better when it comes to scheduling appointments.
