Rude, nasty customer service and the problem is not resolved! I would not recommend this company.
Our brand new Electrolux dryer stopped working properly after 3-4 weeks. Electrolux sent 3 different service technicians and they replaced all sorts of parts but it still wasn't drying. After 2 months I kinda gave up and decided to just get another dryer. Electrolux sent another technician, this time from Harp Home Services. I had zero expectations. Theresa from this company is outstanding! while she could not fix out problem because they were not the warantee repair company, she went out of her way to research the problem for us and was very helpful.
