Spoke to Theresa today, she remembered me from the last time my microwave was not working. She gave me great advise on how to handle the manufacturer. Harp will be the only home appliance I call in the future.

Rude, nasty customer service and the problem is not resolved! I would not recommend this company.
Our brand new Electrolux dryer stopped working properly after 3-4 weeks. Electrolux sent 3 different service technicians and they replaced all sorts of parts but it still wasn't drying. After 2 months I kinda gave up and decided to just get another dryer. Electrolux sent another technician, this time from Harp Home Services. I had zero expectations.
