Excellent experience at Harp clinic. Anna was very patient with my mother in law. She took her time to explain the details of the process of the testing procedure, also the probable consequences of not using the hearing aid when needed. My mother in law came back very satisfied and happy with her decision.

I recently attended the Willow Park Village location. The patience and quality of service provided by Ana and Erin was unprecedented. Not sure if I have ever received more caring and attentive service anywhere, any time, for anything. I laid the most detail intense, ridiculously obtuse history of remotely connected craziness on Ana, and she soaked it all up and managed to make perfect sense of it.
