I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the experience I had at your clinic recently. I felt discriminated against and confused by the poor communication and lack of professionalism. I visited Harp Family Medical Centre for some testing yesterday and received a call from the receptionist today, claiming that they did not have my contact details, that I hadn't paid, and that they didn't even have my name on record. Dr Alan Lee and Dr Sara Hassan are just beyond words! They have all the time and care in the world, never once making me feel as if anything was left unanswered or a problem was too big. Definitely the hidden gems of Harp.
I have been a patient here for over 2 decades and I think it is an exceptional practice. Initially seeing Professor Jane Gunn but now that she's left clinical practice I've seen both Dr Sara Hussan and Ashley Nguyen and am impressed by their thoroughness and professionalism. As a Doctor myself I would like to extend my thanks for your ongoing care.
We love Harp Medical! As a family of 4 who use this centre, we have always been impressed with the high quality of the doctors. Very thorough and knowledgeable.
Dr Arnot has been my GP for over 15 years His knowledge , patient care and concern with my well being both medical and mental has been invaluable I would never go anywhere else than Harp Medical Thank u Dean
