Extremely rude customer service. We called Harp with a few questions about an electrical inspection they did on our house. The marketing manager we spoke to became very defensive and was unwilling to have a conversation about the report he wrote. I have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism. When we asked to speak with his supervisor he quickly hung up. We will not be using Harp in the future nor would we recommend their services to anyone else.
I had leaky shower knobs and they replaced the valves but WILL NOT warranty the work because the water pressure is too high. So I paid almost $400 with NO back up from them.I will not be using Harp Electric again.
