Harolds went totally above and beyond for us. When we were trying to get home to Nova Scotia. Our Trans fluid lines in our Ford Excursion had been leaking since Maryland until we fully broke down in Brewer Maine. Harolds found the problem right away (when another local regular auto shop said the trans was toast) They fixed the lines, dropped the pan, put a new filter etc...They were courteous, friendly, honest, price was totally fair and they got us back on the road the same day!.. Highly recommend! True customer service and honest dealings. We were traveling in Maine and had concerns about transmission on our skoolie (bus / RV conversion). Didn’t know where to go but Harold’s was recommended. They got us in the same day, looked at the transmission and Rob even test drove it and explained things to me thoroughly. Turns out everything was ok with it. I tried to tip him but he said it wasn’t necessary.
