March of 2017 they did a brake job on my F250 that included pads, rotors, and calipers in the rear both sides over $800 bill.... last week my rear end seized up and I had it towed to a Ford Dealership on a special flatbed$$$. Turns out the incorrect Calipers and parts where used at Harold's and my brake pad broke and jammed up the wheels causing replacement of every single part Harold's installed with new parts at another huge cost that could have been avoided 🤬.
