Brittany was here to service our gas fireplace and do maintenance on both gas fireplace and furnace. She listened to our concerns and identified what our needs were and showed us the deficiencies. There will be a followup service call and we hope Brittany can do the needed repairs. Polite, easy to talk to, thorough and knowledgeable! Thanks Brittany! She is 5 stars so hopung that i did this right!
Just had a Heat pump installation done by Harold Heating & Cooling. Top quality work done by technicians Pat and John. I'm one of those guys who hangs around during installation, not because I'm concerned but because I like to learn. They answered all my questions, always with a smile. When they left there was not one scrap of waste left to clean up. Another happy customer. Not that, that should be a surprise, I've been dealing with Harold Heating for thirty years and have never been disappointed!
Brittany was amazing. She Fixed our Ductless A/C Split Unit and explained everything she was doing. Turned out we had not been maintaining it. We are now confident to do our own maintenance.
