Highly recommend Harold Heating & Cooling. They were able to schedule our ac and furnace service quickly and Brittany was wonderful! She was professional, kind and punctual. She was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to answer our questions.
We have an 18 month old Carrier unit. We were told couple days for the part, couple days turned into 4-7 days. Now getting close to 2 weeks and being told another 1-2 days. Not great in a heat wave. Not impressed. Time to come good with a new unit. See how it is handled. The techs were great. Shame how this has been handled. Considering we are local.
It is 31° outside and my a\c is not working. I called Harold Heating and within 30 minutes, Brittany was ringing my doorbell. She took a look at my unit and very quickly determined it was a capacitor. Up and cooling within an hour of me placing the phone call. Highly recommend Harold Heating and Cooling!

Mike is the most down to Earth business owner you will ever meet in your life their services are top-notch. These are the most fair priced h vac contractors I have ever met in my life. They have done a huge job for me during my total home renovation and I'm glad I chose them. Over the years I have purchased 3 furnaces from them and not once have I been disappointed not only with the product but with the follow-up service and maintenance
