They don’t get good reviews because the lady rude as heck. The food not worth having harolds name on it, she just plain rude. The franchise will not like how they representing their name. Wont spend no more of my hard earned money on they food 87th and dan ryan better anyways

I absolutely love this Harold’s . It reminds me of the original Harold’s back in the day. Soon as you pull up you smell Harold’s is all in the air. I really love the food always cooked to perfection . Definitely 5 stars for me. The service is excellent , it’s clean just can’t say enough. You won’t be disappointed. Food cooked fresh every time.

Guy taking my order was smart mouthed and rude for no reason, all I was doing was placing a order, I asked for no salt, and he asked " what else you don't want? I was like huh? I repeated my order, he repeated the question with sarcasm and attitude " what else you don't want? ", I repeated my order again then he stated with an even more stank attitude " We don't give you what you want ", I was totally taken aback, and mind you it's other customers in the lobby, so it's quite embarrassing.
