I absolutely love this Harold’s . It reminds me of the original Harold’s back in the day. Soon as you pull up you smell Harold’s is all in the air. I really love the food always cooked to perfection . Definitely 5 stars for me. The service is excellent , it’s clean just can’t say enough. You won’t be disappointed. Food cooked fresh every time.

Guy taking my order was smart mouthed and rude for no reason, all I was doing was placing a order, I asked for no salt, and he asked " what else you don't want? I was like huh? I repeated my order, he repeated the question with sarcasm and attitude " what else you don't want? ", I repeated my order again then he stated with an even more stank attitude " We don't give you what you want ", I was totally taken aback, and mind you it's other customers in the lobby, so it's quite embarrassing. When i say this it THE BEST HAROLD CHICKEN. They marinate their chicken for 24 hours prior to frying. They also cook to order so you will have to wait BUT Its is worth the wait. The owner is very friendly real sweet lady. She knows her repeat customer on a first name basis. They is absolutely know riff raff hanging around the restaurants. I can go on and on about this Harold's. I love it.

First time here at this location. Food and service was okay, but not great. We were the only ones in the store, until someone came in, as we were leaving and it still took over 30 minutes to get our two meals to go.
