I first spoke with Jordan, who took the time to explain the carpet cleaning process for my home, including the living room and bedrooms. Their pricing was very fair. Clinton came out on the weekend without any extra charge. He was polite, knowledgeable, and professional, and did an amazing job on my carpets. This is the best carpet cleaning service I’ve ever used. The price was fantastic! I had a wool Persian rug that I got from my uncle, and it had been kept in a garage for a long time. When I unrolled it, I found a bunch of moths and eggs inside. I was really worried, but I brought it to the cleaners in Memphis.
