Horrible! I very much wanted to be happy with this shop! I was thrilled with the quote when I received it, however, somewhat dismayed with the wait time of 6 weeks to get my car in for repairs. Nonetheless, as the gentleman that I dealt with seemed polite and professional, I agreed to wait. I dropped the car off on a Friday, only to find out the next week that the parts had not come in.
