Crash champions did a get job of taking care of my vehicle. They kept me informed throughout the whole process. Patrick did a great job of identifying other area that were also damages. Thank you again
As I have stated before my experience with Crash Champions was very great. Patrick was my go to guy & he treated me with kindness & respect. I haven’t had to have a car repaired since my husband passed away & I was cautious about how I might be treated. My experience with Crash Champions & Patrick was exemplary. I would recommend them to family and friends.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. Crash Champions has had my car for 68 days and continues to push the completion date back (aka, I still do not have my car). The icing on the cake is, my car has "never been on a parts delay" and only had cosmetic damage in the pack quadrant. The customer service advisor has made it clear to me that the issue is in prioritizing getting my car into the bay.
