This business is very professional and friendly. The technician which is Thomas did a great job with my vehicle. He was very therial and the body work, paint & repairs all look great. He kept me up to date from start to finish with my vehicle as promised. Also the receptionist Marissa was very kind & friendly as well. Overall I'm very satisfied with the service from this shop.
Bad customer service!
I recently had body work done on my car and Crash Champions took great care of me. They worked directly with both my insurance company and the car rental company which made things simple for me. My estimator Lee and customer care rep Marissa were prompt, courteous, and efficient. Lee went above and beyond in temporarily securing a damaged panel at the time of my estimate so that I could safely drive the car until the actual repair was made.
